Commercial Engagement

All bespoke digital engineering engagements (including website development, SEO campaigns, and branding) are governed by a mutual Statement of Work (SOW) specifying deliverables, sprint milestones, and pricing schedules.

• Milestone Sign-Offs: Each development sprint requires client milestone approval prior to commencing subsequent phases.
• Scope Amendments: Requests outside defined deliverables are handled through written change orders with updated timelines and fees.

Subscribers to the Quick DigiTech WhatsApp SaaS Suite agree to abide strictly by official Meta Business Messaging Policies:

• Opt-In Standards: Clients must obtain explicit, verifiable consent from recipients prior to dispatching marketing broadcasts.
• Prohibited Activities: Unsolicited spam, deceptive content, and unauthorized scrape lists are strictly prohibited and result in immediate workspace termination.
• Meta Cloud Pass-Through Fees: Meta’s per-conversation charges are billed directly through the client's Meta Business Manager with zero markups from Quick DigiTech.

We maintain clear, uncompromised intellectual property boundaries:

• Custom Client Artifacts: Upon receipt of full payment under an SOW, 100% of custom code, vector assets, and designs transfer to the client.
• SaaS Platform Ownership: Quick DigiTech retains exclusive proprietary ownership of the underlying multi-tenant WhatsApp SaaS platform and engine logic.

All bespoke web applications include a standard 30-day warranty against software defects following production launch. Ongoing maintenance, SLA sentries, and search optimization are provided under dedicated monthly retainer agreements.

Contracts executed with Quick DigiTech Solution are governed by the commercial laws of Gujarat, India, or the Province of Manitoba, Canada, as defined in your primary Statement of Work.
